My experience with sales person Lena Spagnuolo was a pleasure from the minute I walked in. She was friendly, Curteous and confident in her knowledge of the Ford product. I felt comfortable with her knowing what car was right for me. The numbers I was given were in line with other dealers if not a better. Everyone at the delaer ship itself was friendly. I had a great experience with Barry. I went in pretty hot to buy the new fiesta ST, but got sidetracked for a month or so due to some health issues. Barry continued to keep in touch even though I never answe to buy the new fiesta ST, but got sidetracked for a month or so due to some health issues. When I finally was able to come in to the dealer, they did not have the exact car I wanted and he went out of his way to acquire one in another state in an expedient manner. On a side note, my ford truck was in for service at the same time I was in the car buying process. I never really use Ford service because my truck is over the warranty and I know many mechanics. They were also friendly and knowledgable and I will be using them again....As a whole, my experience at Stamford Ford/Lincoln was a pleasant one and I'm glad they are here in my home town. More

I found the dealership to be very friendly and most important the salesman Don to be very comfortable to work with. I don't like hard sells and calls but if I find something to buy I just want the info important the salesman Don to be very comfortable to work with. With his help, I found a car that was configured to my specifications at a very competit low-pressure approach that is rare to find in this business. I told Don that I was comparing his offer to that of another dealership, and he effectively told me to do what was best for me, but that he would work to provide the most competitive offer, which he did.
