Stamford Ford Lincoln

I've been with Stamford Ford Lincoln since 2008 and would never go anywhere else for my Ford. Since having an Edge and now an Escape, I could not be happier! My experience with Chris Febbraio for the last seven years has been exceptional, from being offered beverages & food as soon as I walk through the door, to finding the right car at the right price, Chris has been extremely professional and warm...he's like family! My most recent experience for my new Escape has been with Don Febbraio, again, he showed the professional and warmth of a great salesman and made me feel I was in good hands. I was treated with respect and felt important, he got to know me and my car needs...which is so important to the consumer today. If anyone out there is looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln, Stamford Ford Lincoln is the place to go! Thanks Chris & Don, as always you have made my experience a positive one! More

This was my second experience with Stamford Ford Lincoln. A few years ago, I was in the market for a new car as my then current car was pretty much falling apart. I did plenty of research on what car I wanted and ended up at Stamford Ford Lincoln, the same dealership my family used in the 80s. After my lease ran out, I knew that I wanted to upgrade my car to a larger vehicle. I again did plenty of research and decided on the Fusion (the Focus I previously leased was great, but a little too small for what I was looking for). Rather than dicker around, I spoke with Barry Pasqualini about what I was looking for. Not only did he actually listen to what I was looking for (rather than going in for the hard sell), he also realized that I had already done my research so did not belabor any points. Not only was the test drive great, it turns out the model, style and color (!) was on the lot. I was able to quickly turn around and pick up the car a week later. There was no hassle, and the service was (and is) superb. Kudos to the staff of Stamford Ford Lincoln! They will always be my first stop when looking for a car! More

I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change. While waiting for my vehicle I was told that if I had any errands to run, that I could use one of the cars on the lot. The dealership was great in their prep for the car and how they handled the sale and financing. The price was right and the car was detailed nicely with everything checked and ready to go. I have never bought a pre-owned car before so I was a little hesitant going into the dealership. I spoke with Barry Pasqualini over the phone and made an appointment for a test drive. I have never had an excellent experience buying a car - typically, I hate the process and the sales pitches. I enjoyed working with Stamford Ford and greatly appreciated their honesty, flexibility and personal touches and accommodations. The sales consultant, Judith greeted us immediately upon entering with a welcoming smile and great customer attentiveness. PJ (sales rep) made us feel comfortable by providing us with everything we requested and some - he was great and truly a stand-up guy. The GM & store owner also made appearances and thanked us for our business - which was another wonderful touch. Overall the team worked well together and really made the experience pleasant - even our daughter enjoyed herself, which blew us away! We will return to Stamford Ford again for our next vehicle!
