I've been looking for a used vehicle for over 4 months. I used Cars.com,carfax, auto check auto hunter and a couple of others to search for a reasonable /good deal.The car was one of several cars I months. I used Cars.com,carfax, auto check auto hunter and a couple of others to search for a reasonable /good deal.The car was one of several cars I inquired about on-line.I emailed dealers about cars they listed asked for information and asked them not to call me but to email me and i would answer them within one day.Some dealers wouldn't resopnd or called my cell phone or house phone repeatly (being annoying) but not foward the information I'd ask for.That happened until i got intouch with Chris Febbraio. Chris was/ is EXCELLENT, he answered all my questions in a quick timely manner. He is the reason I purchased this vehicle 2 hours from my house. I knew it was time to replace my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My dad was helping me out and he went into Stanford Ford Lincoln and spoke with Lena Spagnuolo on a Thursday. I went to the dealership on Friday and test drove a 2012 Ford Fusion with 30,000 miles. I purchased the car on Saturday. The entire process took less than three hours. Lena was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in helping answer my questions as this purchase is second only in importance to that of buying a new home. I then went to speak with Tony Siciliano in financing. Tony was a complete professional and explained the numbers to the point that I understood them completely. I purchased a warranty with Tony and was able to drive off in my new car! Lena and Tony made this sales process the most seamless one that I have ever been a part of. I have been in sales for over 30 years and appreciate everything that Stanford Ford Lincoln has done for me and my family as this is our third car purchase with them.
