Perfect...Could have not been better...A+A+A+ I have dealt with all 3 advisers at one time or another...All 3 of them were very professional and made me feel right at home with all of my concerns. From a simple oil change to more involved repairs...they explained all of my options (with no pressure) which made me feel very trusting and comfortable. I don't think the service at Stamford Ford could get any better...The service manager was right there observing and making sure everything went perfect!!! Leadership in Customer Service I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car. I showed up at Stamford Ford without an appointment needing my tire fixed and Scott Fer I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car.
