Subaru at Ford I brought my car in with a concern on my right pass wheel. I spoke with the service manager Eric and he had Scott handle my situation. They checked ou I brought my car in with a concern on my right pass wheel. I spoke with the service manager Eric and he had Scott handle my situation. They checked out my vehicle and told me what was wrong. They gave me a couple of different options and recommendations on what to do. that was a relief because I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off by them telling me to do something expensive without any other alternative. The experience was courteous and professional. I usually don't like going to dealerships to service my vehicle, at the moment I had no other choice, but I'm glad it was this dealership. Will continue to do service here in the years to come More

consistently good service this dealership seems to offer everything that we get at the Lexus dealer who services my wife's car. Clean [like a hospital] waiting room and bathroom, friendly service advisors, competent techs and fair prices. i now get all my servicing done at Stamford Ford, from oil changes to new tires to the [so far] rare repairs. In fact, as i think of new cars, i tend to look only at Fords because I'm not sure I could get this level of service elsewhere. My experiences at audi and volkwagen and volvo were less possitive. Car repaired for NJ travelers Our Lincoln MKZ broke down while traveling through CT. We found this dealer online and asked to be towed there. Thankfully they had late hours when e Our Lincoln MKZ broke down while traveling through CT. We found this dealer online and asked to be towed there. Thankfully they had late hours when everyone else was closing. Chris greeted us and reassured us that their service department would find the problem and fix what a previous service center had not been able to repair. We went home to NJ in a rental car. Early the next morning, Sergio called us and reviewed the issues leading up to the breakdown. Within a few hours, Sergio called back with a diagnosis and verified that we wanted the repair done. He advised that it would take a day to get the part. The next day he called again to say the car was done and ready to go. We went back on the weekend to pick it up. Chris saw us and remembered our problem and helped us with the check-out process. When the car was brought around, it was even washed. We made the trip home without any more problems. They communicated well, diagnosed and fixed the car accurately and quickly, and provided friendly service when we weren't even local customers. This dealer is worthy of a "Best of CT" award. More

When it's a Safety Issue...You repair always comes first! Had a electronic safety issue and drove it to Stamford Ford...they took it...listened to my description...found the problem....immediately ordered the Had a electronic safety issue and drove it to Stamford Ford...they took it...listened to my description...found the problem....immediately ordered the part....it was just before my vacation so they then fixed it and stored the car while I was away. No 'come back with an appointment' or anything other than bring it in and we'll find out and fix what's wrong. I've been always happy with the Service and always a full explanation of everything done when I bring my car in for service. More
