I told John I did not want to lease, that I wanted something pre-owned and gave him the particulars of what I was looking for. He got back to me almost immediately with information on a Tuscon that he thought was a perfect match based on my requirements. I came in a couple days later at 11am to test drive and LOVED it. By 2:30pm I drove off the lot with my next ride. NEVER has this process been so easy. This is my fourth Hyundai and all my experiences have been excellent, but this was off the charts!
