"Can't Get Better Than This!"

I came in for an oil change. I had a discount coupon. The dealership reminded me that I had a free oil change on my account. So the entire service was free of charge. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes.

"Convenient, accommodating, pleasant, and uneventful "

When I called for a service appointment, the service rep provided me with a convenient time. Shortly after, I received an email verifying my appointment time and date. When I arrived at the Hyundai dealership, I was promptly attended to and directed to a waiting area. Service time was not long and my car brought to the service entrance door.

I have been so satisfied with the service department at Stamford Hyundai, I even bring my Honda Civic there for routine maintenance. I find that the guys are honest and direct and won't try to sell you something not needed.

"Routine servicing"

Made an appointment online. Showed up at 7:15 the next morning and discussed what I wanted done. Was told it would be an hour. And it was. In the meantime I had a book and a cup of coffee in a comfortable, quiet lounge. What’s not to like about this experience. And the bill was quite reasonable.

"Quick oil change"

For the small difference between the {Quick-Change" oil service providers, you are in the Dealer's care. Subsequent brake inspection revealed need for front brakes. I appreciated the heads-up before it ended up being a problem. Good TEAM effort.

"Awesome Service"

I went in for an oil change and it was such a pleasant experience, I was reminded that I'm so glad I didn't go to another company to purchase my car as I didn't get the same warm welcoming vibe at the other company. What an Awesome experience to have just to get an oil change. And, I didn't know it was going to be free as I thought I had my free oil change already so that was the icing on the cake! Thanks Hyundai!

"Dan and staff are great!"

I am not enthralled with the vehicle (failing all around) and will NOT return to the white plains service Dept where I purchased the car, after they lied to me and no one even bothered to respond to my email. I found Stamford for a necessary recall, and have been there twice. They staff is helpful and communicative, answers my questions and makes me feel comfortable!

I didn’t have an appointment but a light came on showing tire pass low. They let me leave my car and I also asked them to cage ge the oil. The tire needed replacement and thankfully it was covered.
