I found that my schedule made it difficult to find a free day to do scheduled maintenance using the concierge service. I called my local dealer and was told the soonest I could get an oil change was in 7 days and I had to bring it in. So I scheduled with Stamford Genesis because it could be done in the next day. They worked within my schedule and returned my G80 in better condition than when I gave it to them. This dealership is rewriting the way things should be done. I’ve leased genesis cars since 2010 and this is the best dealership sales and service department I’ve ever used. More

Used Car Purchase Negotiating the price of a used car was stressful with the Dealership Manager, Anthony, as he wanted us to leave a deposit on the car that we were int Negotiating the price of a used car was stressful with the Dealership Manager, Anthony, as he wanted us to leave a deposit on the car that we were interested in, and kept saying that if we didn't then the price would not be the same the next day, and that the car could be sold to someone else. We were willing to take that chance, but ended up putting a deposit on the car. He was much better with us after that with the rest of the process. Dealing with Ed Maldonado was wonderful. He is a soft spoken man who is not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about the cars for sale, and helped us and spent a lot of time with me on different occasions regarding looking at the cars for sale. More
