I asked for the smaller S I was replacing a 13 year old car and this was the first dealership I went to. Ed was incredible, he got me what I needed. I asked for the smaller SUV, got into it and knew it was too small, so did not even want to drive it. No problem, Ed took it away and got the bigger one. That is the one I ended up buying. After I left Hyundai, I went to six other dealers, drove their cars, talked to their salesmen. Not one car or salesman was as good as Ed. I still love my car. He patiently explained all of the advances I had missed and off I went. More
