My service tech has always made me feel like I'm important, I'm always greeted with a smile. On the other hand my car is still giving me the same action as if it wants to cut off. my experience there was horrible and this is my 2nd time bring my car there since purchasing it back in may.. the people in the service department have horrible attitudes and damaged my car and refuse to ac bring my car there since purchasing it back in may.. the people in the service department have horrible attitudes and damaged my car and refuse to accept responsibility for it. whenever you ask for a manager they tell you he's not available and nobody ever follows up with you. I do not even feel safe bringing my car back as every time I do something "accidentally" happens... I believe it was done on purpose. More
