IF YOU WANT THE DEALER TO TAKE YOUR CAR HOME AND LIE TO YOU, THIS IS THE DEALER TO GO TO. They had my car for a repair, next thing I know, I got a notification from Hyundai BlueLink on my phone that my YOU, THIS IS THE DEALER TO GO TO. They had my car for a repair, next thing I know, I got a notification from Hyundai BlueLink on my phone that my car was driven off the dealership at 19:51 and driving over the speed limit on the highway. The car ended up being parked at a residential area. I GUESS THEY DIDN'T KNOW I CAN TRACK MY CAR WITH MY PHONE. I called them right away to see what's going on, got no response. Next day at 7 am, I get another notification that it is over speed limit on the highway. Called them up, to get a status, the guy tells me the car is being worked on and it is "NOT DRIVEABLE". I asked if anyone has been driving my car, he said NO. I told him, hey I've been getting notifications and he had no response, he said" ummmmmm, I'll let the manager know". I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND TIMELINES OF THEM CHEATING ON MY TRUST AND I'LL POST THIS ON EVERY REVIEW WEBSITE OUT THERE. I have never ever had this happen to me, these guys are unreal. I will never ever go back to them and recommend the same to you guys. p.s: I would not mind the dealer driving my car to the moon and back, as long as they are honest and make sure they inform me about it. That is my car with my insurance, my liability and I have the right to know what is been done with it. More

Jeff and Jay went beyond their professionalism to get my car covered. I had purchased Carshield and they expected way too much documentation.
