The GM Protection Plan Warranty- Platinum for my 2019 GMC Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 days for Stan McNabb Chevrolet to obtain an approval for warranty work. According to the service mgr, this is not unique to SM Chevrolet or the other 50 + service managers in his region. Respectfully submitted. More

Had our car into get a wire harness replaced after a rodent had chewed it. They tried telling me my engine was shot. Kept the car 5 weeks never fixed anything. Had towed to another garage. Was fixed wi rodent had chewed it. They tried telling me my engine was shot. Kept the car 5 weeks never fixed anything. Had towed to another garage. Was fixed within 15 min. Runs perfect now. Will never be back to stan mcnabb in columbia tn. Glad I didn't fall for there sketchy crap and spend almost $15k for an engine that didn't need replaced More

My Silverado would start and immediately shut off. I had it towed to Stan Mcnabb and they diagnosed the problem to intermittent fuse box and ignition switch. I had the truck back for a couple days an I had it towed to Stan Mcnabb and they diagnosed the problem to intermittent fuse box and ignition switch. I had the truck back for a couple days and it started doing the same thing starting and shutting off. I had it towed back to them at there cost. They found that the intermittent fuse box had caused the EMT module to fail which they replaced at their expense. More
