I bought a 2014 VW Passat TDi about 2 weeks ago. I called and gave all of my info over the phone, came in and signed the paperwork. All said and done, I spent less than 2 hrs at the dealer. I hate wasting a whole day dealing with the buying process. The next day I noticed that the passenger side rocker panel was smashed. (Picked up at night and didn’t notice it) Emmet met me on a Sunday afternoon to drop off my car and get my keys. They got the car in and replaced the whole rocker panel and painted. They also changed the brakes, due to a squeal I noticed. All at no charge. The only downside was they don’t have a loaner car program or rental program and the car was not washed. Other than that Joe and Pete were amazing and helped me every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend. More
