I bought a 2021 jeep JL from Jothatan Rubi on Sunday November 13th at Star Jeep Chrysler. This was a 36k purchase for me. I would not buy from or recommend this dealership to anyone. Bad experience. Primary special lug socket and locking special lug sockets can not be found. I have no way to remove my tires. This leads me to believe the inspection was not done correctly because no sockets existed to remove the tires for brake/suspension inspection. An industrial battery charger was found in the back of the Jeep. Per the salesman it “has been missing for weeks”. The windshield of a Jeep Wrangler is not that long or wide. The vehicle information list/warranty paper was adhered to the inner passenger windshield. The salesman states “you are all set to leave” when it’s not removed and I can only see two thirds of the windshield. That paper clearly obstructed my view for safe driving and should have been removed prior to my arrival. The interior of the Jeep was not cleaned/detailed. I found golf tees in the upper dash pocket and in the center console. A pencil was tucked in the drivers side A column. The pencil was from Newport National Golf Club. I bought the Jeep Sunday November 13th. I emailed the salesperson Monday morning about the lug sockets and he was going to “talk to the mechanic that came in at 1030”. I’ve heard nothing since. More
