They have had my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan that has a lifetime warrentee from Mopar for the last 12 weeks (Since March 25, 2022) and haven't even filed a claim to replace the fully covered transmission under warrentee. I have made dozens of calls to the service manager and after giving me three different names he just tells me "if you don't like it take your mini van someplace else" No one responds to calls and when I try to contact someone above the service manager I get hung up on. My disabled wife and daughter need this vehicle for transportation but the service manager didn't care when I told him. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! More
