The staff isn’t knowledgeable when u call on the phone. The service is good I once ur there. Service need to have more hours, Monday to Friday and last call at 2pm is worst than most banks. I bought my car in 2018 and took out the extra care now to be told it only cover certain things: my automatic stop start wasn’t working and I thought it would’ve been covered only to shell out $311 to get it fixed.
