Well it was a sad day this ace took advantage of my patience. Put whatever they wanted to in vehicle. And I am pretty sure they didn't do the job that was supposed to happen. For all the years I’ve been taking my vehicle for service at this location, this past Tuesday 6/14/2022 was the last day; new management have a set of employees that they think they’re entitled and service at this location, this past Tuesday 6/14/2022 was the last day; new management have a set of employees that they think they’re entitled and above. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! !!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst service department in the world. They have had my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan that has a lifetime warrentee from Mopar !!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst service department in the world. They have had my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan that has a lifetime warrentee from Mopar for the last 12 weeks (Since March 25, 2022) and haven't even filed a claim to replace the fully covered transmission under warrentee. I have made dozens of calls to the service manager and after giving me three different names he just tells me "if you don't like it take your mini van someplace else" No one responds to calls and when I try to contact someone above the service manager I get hung up on. My disabled wife and daughter need this vehicle for transportation but the service manager didn't care when I told him. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! More

I have already paid for the service of my vehicle because they claimed it was finished twice already but yet my car is still there. They were paid by me and my warranty already and yet my car still isn't of priority for the job to done or even a proper update as to what is wrong and what they are doing to finish it. I am beyond fed up and would like to take matters further because this is beyond ridiculous for them to treat paying customers like this. More
