I had an appointment 8 am and an hour later my car was still parked in the lot. My first time experience at star started of good. The welcoming was nice. My car steering wheel was locked or hardened. It wasn't turning. I have a 2012 chrysler 300s and I searched on YouTube if any The welcoming was nice. My car steering wheel was locked or hardened. It wasn't turning. I have a 2012 chrysler 300s and I searched on YouTube if any videos had a solution to the same issue. I found a few that specified that I needed liquid steering wheel bottle from auto zone and all I had to do was fill the up where it was placed inside near the engine. The issue was chysler 300s didn't have the a slot near the engine so I was told to bring to the repair shop and they would put the liquid inside. Long story short I was told my Star chrylser repair shop I needed a new steering pump which they said it was leaking. The cost they told for that was 1500 before taxes plus they mentioned I had two worn tires which I only need one tire replacing entirely due to flat tire plus censor was for the back tire slot wasn't working. In total I had to pay $3,153.98. I never expected to pay that much especially when I only needed a liquid power steering fluid to be put in the pump which I doubt was really leaking. I felt I was taking a advantage of and I don't trust this place. Never going back again. Karma always have its way of balancing out. Hopefully the Ceo of car dealership can investigate.
