My experience was not a good one. First the cost of repair was more than the value of the vehicle as it included many things that I did not want or need to be fixed. Second after the repair I had the inconvenience of having to lose another’s day work since I had to come back and get the valet key in the key fob which your technician took out and did not replace when I came to pick up the vehicle and I was informed that the dealership could not mail the key to me. Lastly when I went back to get the key I had the wait for about 1 hour as no one could seem to find the key. I was really thinking of buying another Chrysler vehicle but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I think I will go spend my money elsewhere. More
