Usually i have a fine experience but my car shut off on my one day when i started it and i only had the vehicle for a 1 year brand new off the show room floor ,i brought it in to get service but you guys a my one day when i started it and i only had the vehicle for a 1 year brand new off the show room floor ,i brought it in to get service but you guys are No longer open on the weekends in the service area which is a huge inconsistent for people who work during the week and need things done on the weekend like oil changes or get their cars fixed ! I wasn’t offered a loaner and when i went back home and called back to inquire the young lady said they don’t do loaners which is absurd when many other dealerships do! I called again to make sure then spoke to a manager in sales who said they do in sales offer loaners but maybe the service department is different .Your one dealership the other hand don’t know what the other hand does ?? More

Terrible experience I ever encountered with dealership service. Attitude was unrealistic. Super blunt about everything, no smile no help. I brought my vehicle in because the engine light came on and the remote starter was not staying on. The problem was not fixed. Instead the thermostat for the heating system was changed. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance for recalls. They kept my car for an entire day only to tell me the parts were not ordered. Then could not tell me when parts will be in to do the job.
