This was an experience that I wouldn’t wish on a worse enemy. From the multiple people giving me wrong and misleading information. Horrible service and incompetent people in the service dept. They lost my car keys and the only explanation I got was a mechanic might have took them. New management. Same horrible service. I see why they had top service professionals quit. And to think I was going to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them. Brought vehicle here 6 times for the same issue only t top service professionals quit. And to think I was going to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them. I'm a first responder and expressed the need for a vehicle to get in to work or if and when I'm called in. My concern was disregarded by the service rep only to say it doesn't matter to him either way. I'm done with Star and my peoples that I know that is associated with Star dealerships will also know about this. Thijgs happen for a reason.
