I handed in my car keys and was toldto wait in the I handed in my car keys and was told to wait in the waiting room. After an hour I decided to check next door for a new car. The manager of the service area advised me I was supposed to submit a paper I was advised to hold and wait until services. He advised me I should of spoke up. I advised him, that I was given one instruction why should I assume my car wasn’t serviced after someone took my keys and cars away. He then advised I would have to wait to get my car serviced after my car was in their possession for two hours. He gave me attitude and advised that a close mouth don’t get fed and I should of spoke up. In result I just went home and decided to be serviced elsewhere. I even put in an application and I decided I didn’t want to buy car there either. Juan was the nicest person in my experience but the customer service experience with the services department was awful. I won’t return. More
We've had the worst experience in our life. I've used 7 Jeeps in the past, but this dealership has been so poor in its customer service, repair time, and job responsibilities that I will never buy a Jeep v Jeeps in the past, but this dealership has been so poor in its customer service, repair time, and job responsibilities that I will never buy a Jeep vehicle again nor go anywhere near the dealership. The staff never returns my calls when I ask them to, and they took 2 months to correct a car part after an initial promise of 1 week. Never have I been served by such an unmotivated, careless, and ignorant group of people. You have lost a valuable long-term client, and you are bound to lose many more if you don't improve the quality of your services. More
