Back in March Mr.Fabian Song, the salesman in the sales department lied to my mother and I face when we brought the Jeep by telling us that she didn't qualify for the 2016 Fiat when we were coming in to purchase the Fiat after he said she had qualified for it over the phone, which was a cheaper price than the 2016 Jeep Compass. I took a picture of the Fiat with the price tag on it. So instead of telling us that he sold the Fiat before we got there, he rather lies to us and says that she didn't qualify for the cheaper vehicle but she qualifies for a more expensive vehicle. All of this wasn't realized until after we purchased the Jeep. My mother and I have been loyal customers to your company years and this how we get treated. I will not be recommending anyone to your sales department to purchase a vehicle after the unethical practices your salesman put on us. But I give 5 stars for the service department and 1 star for the sales department. More

Poor communication. My assigned adviser kept me with a negative mindset. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at the following day. Then he calls me and 3 hours later to tell me what they found the negative mindset. I was told that my vehicle would be looked at the following day. Then he calls me and 3 hours later to tell me what they found the problem. He then proceeded to tell me that they needed to change my ignition coils and spark plugs . He then told me my throttle body had too much dirt build up. To make the long story short. I got the car and the mechanic told me that it was only spark plug in cylinder 6 that needed to be changed. I was charged $1200.00. I was robbed. I will never go back to that location. I will no longer purchase Jeep vehicles.. More
