I took inventory of my lease on July 17,2023. My Corsair has been in the shop FOUR times! Ryan McInerney does not respond to my letters and Brendt Henry was no help at all. Brought my car in for a tire pressure sensor one week with no trouble found. They just aired up and sent on my way. Came back the next week for same sensor and there was a nail in the sidewall. Okay had with no trouble found. They just aired up and sent on my way. Came back the next week for same sensor and there was a nail in the sidewall. Okay had to buy a new tire. As employee get a discount. But when I got the bill the discount was not calculated correctly. When I bought to the attention of the cashier and the service rep they adjusted after much discussion. Will not be back as I don't think that they handled the situation the best. Two trips for the same issue not sure if they put pin in tire or it was there the first time as well as miscalculation of the bill. This is just one of many issues with Service that I have experienced. And my dealing with sales has been very sketchy as well. My recommendation would be travel a little further as the customer service here is not the best. More
