I arrived early Saturday morning and Richard my service agent was very attentive as usual with my needed. He said the wait time was one and a half hours. However it took less than that and went on my way b agent was very attentive as usual with my needed. He said the wait time was one and a half hours. However it took less than that and went on my way back home. Since I bought my new Nissan Altima from John Jr. in 2011 service has always been wonderful even with so many customers.
