I was very disappointed that a simple request for a 5 second job to push in a clip on my rear bumper that was loose was denied by the service advisor stating that they only perform mechanical work. Second time in the service department for water issues inside cabin on a 2019 SUV. First time waited 5 hours to find the issue was not resolved. Robert was the service agent. Second time a left the SUV inside cabin on a 2019 SUV. First time waited 5 hours to find the issue was not resolved. Robert was the service agent. Second time a left the SUV overnight and was told it can be pickup by 6:30am next day. When I arrived Robert didn't know why I was there and then told me I had to wait until 7am to sign the release. Still had to wait for someone to release the SUV keys and the SUV was left with all of the plastic covers inside. Very bad experience. I just hope the problem is resolve this time. More
