I was told to bring my car in on Saturday to reprogram my key fobs so I dedicate my entire day to that. When I got there early on Saturday I was told that they were backed up and they can’t promise that repr key fobs so I dedicate my entire day to that. When I got there early on Saturday I was told that they were backed up and they can’t promise that reprogramming the key fobs would fix the problem and they wanted to keep the car until Monday afternoon which did not work for me. So I took a chance and paid them $162 to reprogram the key fob (which I would have had to pay even if it doesn’t fix the problem, IE could have been a bad controller module or something else) and luckily it did fix the issue. But the way that the Nissan service advisor spoke to me was very rude and he had no care for my time and just said words like “unfortunately” and “I can’t” instead of “I’m sorry” and “we will.” More

Brought in my Daughters Rogue to repair a lift gate which wouldn’t open after a rear glass replacement, was told that it was needed to replace the closer that was damaged from parts of the broken glass. Agreed that the dealer would get a new part ( not in stock ) and repair the lift gate - paid around $1100 for part and labor - the car was driven to MA and only then my Daughter found out that the push button on the lift gate doesn’t work, tried to get in touch with the service Department without success ( was told that the service Manager will call back - but never did ) the car was taken to a dealership in MA which needed to reprogram the opener at a $130 additional cost. Very disappointed that the repair wasn’t done correctly, the Service Manager didn’t call back and it cost an additional $130 to correct the issue. More
