This dealership is the worst. I took my car to see what was wrong with it and they charged me 326 for diagnosis after I was told it was originally 150. They are taking advantage of people during these times and on top of that wanted to charge me 853 dollars for a wheel alignment and tire balancing! More

No ethics bad business tactics Very BAD Business Tactics: I came in to buy a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV Grey. Car was $12,416 I called the Sales Manager, named Patsy, to do a walk Very BAD Business Tactics: I came in to buy a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV Grey. Car was $12,416 I called the Sales Manager, named Patsy, to do a walk around before my arrival to tell me if there are any noticeable scratches or dings. He did just that, with a reply of, "NO Everything looks Great." I then drove out to the dealership about 1hr 20 minutes drive time with the intention of purchasing the car that day. After taking it for a test drive which was fine, I walked around the car, and I noticed there was a very large hole in the bumper near one of the tail lights which was also busted out. I asked them to fix it and I would buy it at the original asking price less my trade. They said this would cost them $1200.00. Instead, they said "we do not have enough money in the car to do the repair without selling it for more," and said "We'll sell it at Auction!!" ( This would be The right Customer Service thing to do! ) So this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I had my checkbook and title with me for the intention of driving it away. The car now on their website is NOW selling for $14,216. This means, in layman's terms, they fixed the car at their cost. They said it was $1200.00 for the repair, and then tacked on another $600 plus. So now they aren't only gouging the customer by not showing the repair, They also had the Audacity to make an additional markup. Car should still sell @ $12,416. Now its $14,216. So, they are essentially by not doing the right thing adding on $1,800.00. My personal feeling is this is a disguised Wholesale lot, and that anything claiming, "Certified Used" is not authentic! Please go on Dealer Rater and read some of the testimonials from other customers!!!! because I know Star doesn't want this rating. More
