Friendly and respectful staff. But it stops there. From check in to check out you need to see at least 3 different people with 3 different packs of paper. Too cumbersome. Most importantly, scheduled maintenance (oil change) should not take an hour and forty five minutes. There have been marginal improvements since swearing off this service center 6 years ago. I went because they called and said it was under new management. hope the feedback helps streamline and improve your systems. More

I've had many different cars of all kinds. I have never had a dealership that I look forward to visiting. everyone is very knowledgeable and professional.
