excellent service I had transmission problems and Mr. Morales saved me. He was patient and understanding when I didn't even know how to explain the problem I was having I had transmission problems and Mr. Morales saved me. He was patient and understanding when I didn't even know how to explain the problem I was having. But he told me everything would be ok, that I just needed to bring in the car and he would take care of it; And he definitely took care if it. Within hours, he had his guys figure out the issue: turns out it was my transmission. He gave me an appointment as soon as possible and had my car fixed as soon as possible as well. Now my baby is purring like a kitten and I don't feel the stress of my car stalling on me while on the highway. I have peace of mind and am thankful for Mr. Morales and Nissan Star Service.
