Bad communication I brought my car in April to have the radio replaced. Was told the radio will be there in a week. A week came by, no follow up call from the salesman I brought my car in April to have the radio replaced. Was told the radio will be there in a week. A week came by, no follow up call from the salesman. I called the second week and was told the radio is in & I can bring the car that Saturday. My husband got up early so he be online before the shop opens. A salesman took his info. & told him to come back for the car. My husband ask for a ride home (which is provided to customers) but was told there is no car service on weekends. My husband had to walk home which is 3 miles away. After about an hour, got a call from Ronnie & was told they made a mistake, the radio they ordered for our car is not in & we can come pick up our car. REALLY!?!? I was beyond livid, I insisted for him to drop my car off at my house, which he was nice enough to comply. The radio was finally installed last Saturday, July 7. Between April & July I was the one on kept calling to check. There is also a couple of dents in my dashboard from what looks like a screw driver to pop open the radio section. Overall, this place suck! More
