I have to admit that the wait for getting financing on the car lease finished took a little while, but was that because of the customer workload? Near the lunch period? Or maybe was it to sync up the time the new vehicle needed to be made beautifully street legal? The reason doesn't matter now. Bill Werner was my agent and because of his attention to details, I can happily give this dealership an excellent rating. I have been a customer of Star Nissan in the past and Bill helped me learn that this place doesn't just churn out leases and sales, but actually cares about the feelings of the driver, his/her past, family, hopes and desires. If it wasn't for his service to me and my wife...that excellent rating would have been "fair" at best! Thank you Mr. Werner. You are truly a professional. More

I have always purchased my dozen or so cars in the past from Star Nissan but this time I was given all the information I needed from Bill and decided to lease the car. I usually change out cars every 3 years or so leasing gave me the option to do this and save a lot of money over the term of the lease. Great dealership and service Lets face it we lose so much equity when we purchase leasing is a good option. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman, his name is Brian Magee. He was very helpful and respectful. He helped us find the car we were looking for at the price we were willing to pay. He is very knowledgable of the work he does and doesn't make you waste time, he works with you to get you exactly what you are looking for. Our two children were with us and he went out of his way to keep them entertain and happy with snacks, toys and movies. If you ever go to this dealership be sure to ask for Brian Magee and you will have a great experience. We also met the Financial Services Manager, Te' Asia Yearby, she was very efficient and professional. We also worked online with Rebecca Lyons, she was very helpful sending pictures of cars we were interested in via email, she was very fast and specific with the information she provided.
