Waited 3.5 hrs for a oil change. They tell me after 3.5 hrs that they had the air duct to replace. I was there at opening at 6:30am on Saturday, 3rd car on line. This is The worst car dealership service department we have ever encountered. Robert DuBose is not a customer friendly individual and should be terminated. The most egregious experience is we had to do his work on our cellphone, this place; to find .it .We are requesting a refund for the charges . We never have been charged from Nemet service dept. for this same service.Which is no longer with Nissan And we Never received Information to that effect. please resolve this problem and recommend a better place or you’ll be hearing from our attorney.
