Was charged additional labor time -- in addition to the $150 labor charge -- which pushed the price up, but the employees behaved themselves in a professional and pleasing manner. Stole stuff from my car Good afternoon,I was there for a oil change this morning and there were some items stolen from my vehicle,I had several packs of gum in my glove compa Good afternoon,I was there for a oil change this morning and there were some items stolen from my vehicle,I had several packs of gum in my glove compartment,while I was driving I went in to get a pack and notice that almost everything was gone, I know it's only pack of gum,but this is something that I payed that was taken out from my car I'm pretty sure if come in to dealer ship and take things,I would be in trouble or maybe even go to jail and banned from the dealer ship I don't take things from people and also don't expect the same,I know this is not a perfect world,but if customers bring there cars in to be serviced and pay money,they won't expect things to not be stolen out of there car,if this is the service that been provided,why should I recommend any else to come to that dealer and have stuff stolen from them If every time I have to take everything out of my car before I bring it in for service,I mite as well do the oil change my self and save money I not sure who did the oil change,but the service writer was robert s dubose I also payed more for the oil change,compared to the previous visits On the website when I schedule it,its $34.95 and with tax its $37.92 This time I payed $45.04 and had stuff stolen from me More
