I had a very difficult experience once I purchased my brand New Platnium. Ossian Rouge that 3 days in the car wouldn’t start and with uncontrollable situations had to bring it to service twice leaving th brand New Platnium. However the staff at the center couldn’t have been more empathetic and kind I understood this wasn’t a dealer ship issue but a Nissian Manufacturer problem however they honestly tried there best to give me good service. I couldn’t have made it without the help of Nate & Chris from service they were always professional and charismatic which allowed me not to lose my mind. The only reason I even continue to deal with Nissian is because of the staff they have you should praise thee employees for what they do on the daily base cause your cars aren’t being in the customers. Too expensive and last representative offered me repairs I didn’t need (which I regrettably accepted). When he summoned me to his desk he never asked me what I was there for and curtly sent me to waiting I didn’t need (which I regrettably accepted).
