Lift Gate The lift gate would not open with the remote or by the button on the dash on my 2019 Forester. Went for service on the 29th of June. The service writer did not make me wait, he pulled the car to the side and reset it on the spot. He then went through the car to make sure all of my safety features were set up properly. I was there less then 20 minutes. I did not get his name, he is a true credit to your service department and to Star Subaru. Very happy with the car and the service. Thanks CW More

2nd time they did not fix my passenger side window I am flabbergasted that they can't seem to fix the passenger side window. They said they fixed it but it started to malfunction within a day. Excellent Service Had an electrical issue. Star Subaru diagnosed issue and communicated exactly when they said they would. Told me when the part would be in — 2 days la Had an electrical issue. Last minute check Leaving in long trip solo wanted to make sure car was in good shape for the drive. Was seen promptly after calling and told to come in by 3:30. All is good told by tech that front right tire balding on inside but should be fine for trip and will have it replaced and tire alignment upon return. Safe to go! More
