Fantastic car buying experience I found my a similar car to what I purchased online at www.cars.com. When I looked at the rest of the dealerships inventory I was amazed at the quali I found my a similar car to what I purchased online at www.cars.com. When I looked at the rest of the dealerships inventory I was amazed at the quality AND spectacular pricing that I found. I I sent a message through www.cars.com and got a response from Shawn Stittleburg, owner of Stark on the Beltline. I really thought it was cool being greeted by an owner of the dealership! The real bonus was identifying a nicer automobile that what I was originally looking for for just a couple more hundred dollars. I then braced myself not knowing what to expect when I arrived there. I was greeted, told about the cars, drove the cars and then purchased my car feeling no pressure and being very comfortable with the advertised price. Personally, I have worked in sales for a couple of dealerships in Madison and really don’t “trust” any of them. My experience here was very good and I would feel comfortable buying a car here or even giving them the car I wanted and letting them locate it for me. Great first car buying experience This was my first time buying a car, so I was not exactly sure what to expect. I researched the car online before coming to the dealership for a test This was my first time buying a car, so I was not exactly sure what to expect. I researched the car online before coming to the dealership for a test drive. There was one issue with the brakes, but Pete was very willing to replace the brake rotors for free. I also needed to finance the car and both Ivan and Shawn were very helpful with this process. I was able to obtain a very reasonable interest rate through a local credit union. One thing to note with this dealership is that they will not negotiate much on price, however, their list prices seem to be lower than other comparable cars on the market. Overall, this was a fantastic first car purchase experience. More
