After dealing with a bunch of horribly unprofessional dealerships I was lucky enough to find Starling. First the very good ,,,, Kyle is a gentlemen who offered complete honestly and transparency. We looked to purchase a Certified 2023 and made fair offer. He had offer reviewed and they accepted. Since we are outside the area and repeat dealer clients, we asked for true evaluation and offer of any issue of note. He provided snapshots and disclosed some damage not shown nor easily recognized in pics. We ultimately did not purchase unit and he saved us the time and battle had we arrived and found this rather notable harm. The not so great… the fact that this leased vehicle was returned damaged, yet Certified without reconditioning damage being repaired. It would have likely removed it from being Certified and also shown on a Carfax. The previously leasee likely paid for these damages to Buick at close out and should have been finalized correctly. We hope this is isolated but unnerving when agreeing to offer and status this program is said to offer with the premium paid. We would not hesitate to revisit Kyle and send him referrals. We still would likely consider Starling but almost assuredly have an outside third party appraisal if we could not personally review unit. More

When I arrived the offers presented to me where exactly as we discussed, no hidden fees, no add ons I didnt want and my trade value was exactly as they said it would be from the video I sent of my car. I was in and out buying this new truck in under 1 hour. I also had an experience with their service team for an issue that left me standed. Onstar wasn't able to assist but the dealer sent a Mechanic to the car to get it operational again. Exceptional service and I will always buy my GMC vehicles from this team in the future. More
Review for 2025 Buick Encore Purchase Experience I recently purchased a 2025 Buick Encore after doing extensive research online. I knew exactly what I wanted, with my only non-negotiable feature being recently purchased a 2025 Buick Encore after doing extensive research online. I knew exactly what I wanted, with my only non-negotiable feature being adaptive cruise control. When I asked the salesman to verify that this model had it, he confidently assured me that it did, along with other safety features like pedestrian and vehicle warnings with automatic braking. Fast forward to bringing my vehicle back for service, thinking the sensors weren’t functioning properly—only to find out that adaptive cruise control was never included in this model. It became clear that the salesman was not well-trained in the specific features of the vehicles he was selling. Now, I’m stuck with a car loan and a six-year service warranty for a vehicle that’s missing the one feature I explicitly required. While they were efficient in getting me through the buying process, they failed at listening and providing accurate information. Possible Resolutions: Upgrade or Exchange: Offer me the option to exchange the vehicle for a model that includes adaptive cruise control, even if it requires some financial adjustment. Partial Refund or Compensation: Provide a financial adjustment or dealership credit for the misleading information that led to this purchase. Training & Accountability: Ensure that sales staff are properly trained to verify features before making promises to customers. While this won’t directly fix my issue, it will prevent others from experiencing the same frustration. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and finds a fair resolution. Buyers beware—double-check the features yourself before signing anything. More
