Paid cash for parts then didn’t have the repair done, Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, s Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, said accounting wasn’t available on Friday and that they would call me Monday morning. Never received it call on Monday so I reached out and spoke to Cade in the parts department upon speaking to Cade he had no clue when the check should be ready for pickup or any idea of a eta. Wow what a hassle to return parts. More
