Came in for oil change. Received quote. When came time to pay I was told quote didnt include oil???? Ended up being $60 more than quote. Never heard of oil change quote that Received quote. When came time to pay I was told quote didnt include oil???? Ended up being $60 more than quote. Never heard of oil change quote that didnt include oil. So with coupon and points should have been $40 is. Ended up being close to $90. Which is ridiculous when I had $73 off. More

Matt Machalek my salesman has went above and beyond his duties to find me the perfect truck at the exact spec I wanted. Any questions that I had that he couldn't answer himself with 100% accuracy he Immediately put me in contact with the person who could. Believe me I had alot of tough questions and Im not the easiest customer and purchasing a $100k plus truck you should have alot of questions!. That being said Matt made me feel like Family and very comfortable communicating with him or anyone else at the dealership. I will be back in the near future to Make more purchases for my buisness!
