My car has been in multiple times and it seems like every single time I bring it in something else breaks down. I don’t know if you all are practicing on my car but I’m not very happy with 100 something thou single time I bring it in something else breaks down. I didn’t pay for an upgraded car And have a media center that I can’t use or on store that I can’t use. It’s unacceptable The engine light keeps coming on and you all tell me there’s nothing wrong all of a sudden it’s on because you need a new module when a module was just replaced in February not acceptable More

Service was absolutely atrocious! The advisors had no idea what was going on. Got passed from one to the other and the left didn’t know what the right was doing. When they called to let me know everything was done I went through the list (4 items) and asked to verify. They confirmed it was complete. When I arrived, of course it WASN’T. Then they tried to bill for items that were supposed to be covered by warranty. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a scratch on my front bumper!! Day went from bad to worse! More
I have to say that Starling GMC has lived up to the agreement of the vehicle that I purchased. When I was interested in looking at the vehicle that I did purchase the sales representative Lenn was ver agreement of the vehicle that I purchased. When I was interested in looking at the vehicle that I did purchase the sales representative Lenn was very attentive to working with my wife and I to make a deal. I traded in a vehicle that I very much enjoyed and it had reasonable low mileage. Once I started my negotiations to purchase the vehicle I had a trade in price in mind. Although I didn’t get exactly the value I was looking for it was worth closing the sale. Lenn did a good job getting me a good deal. And it was substantially more than I was offered from the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. As far as the service experience, I would say the service personnel were extremely helpful. I was early for my appointment and was met by a young lady that put me in immediately in line. I was then greeted by Adam the Service Manager. He pointed me to the waiting area. Once the Service was finished Adam greeted me again and thanked him for bringing the vehicle in. More
