I have only one interaction with your service department. They were supposed to order a part. Evidently they forgot. I had one minor issue - remove the speed governor. No other work yet as the part I asked for did not get ordered. We'll see how it goes. Also, you don't provide loaners to drive. Makes it challenging to use your service department. Interesting you ask below if I waited for the service. You left me no choice: I was forced to wait. You asked if I would recommend your service department. Not if you have to drive 30 minutes and wait for the service, so I said no. Thank you More

I have been working with Michael for several years to keep my F-150 running in top condition. He is always ready to listen to my concerns and try to rectify them at the time of my appointment. My only co keep my F-150 running in top condition. He is always ready to listen to my concerns and try to rectify them at the time of my appointment. My only concern is that the F-150 has a flaw with the Cam Phasers and while there was a recall to fix the problem, which I did, it did not fix the problem. After complaining about the noise on starting the engine, and while the vehicle was still under warrantee, I was never told that the parts needed to be replaced. Now I bring in the vehicle with the same complaint and I am told the Cam Phasers need replacement and my vehicle is no longer under warrantee so I will have to foot the bill myself. This problem is a ford problem which they knew about and should have fixed but didn't. Now as a ford owner I must pay to fix their known problem. More
