My service advisor Mike Hakanen was top notch in the way he took care of my truck. When he drove it across the parking lot after getting service, he noticed a sound that caught his attention. He made me aware of it, so we h had a tech take a look and found a wheel bearing was shot and the tie rods needed replacement. We scheduled the repair for the next day.. I’m really grateful that he said something, as I was getting ready to leave on a 1300 mile trip, towing an RV. Now, my truck is running like new! 😀 My customer experience was outstanding! More
