I took my truck in for an airbag clockspring recall. I was not experiencing any issues with it. They replaced the clockspring. That being said, it's hard for me to rate the repairs. The issue I have is that in the days after the service was done, I received 3 different unsolicited emails from 3rd parties asking me about the truck. They referenced my recent visit to Starling Ford. I can only assume that the dealership is selling my personal information to 3rd parties as I had never been in contact with any of those companies. I'm pretty sure that the dealer never asked for my permission to sell/share my information with 3rd parties as I would have flatly refused. I consider that to be bad practice and deceitful. More

Louis was my valet driver and was excellent with information and care of my car. Dominick was my car care and did everything I asked. Valet service was great but truck showed back up with a screw in the tire. They couldn't solve my issue with vinegar smell from the AC. No offer to take care of the screw in my tire.
