The staff were all super nice to deal with. I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - bo I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - both of which I discovered on my own. This caused inconvenience and the need to come back a couple times (over an hour away). I would have been happier if the dealer checked for such things before delivering the vehicle - really surprised they did not. More

Dealership is OK. Tech writer are good. The dealership does not provide loaner vehicles so you must rent a car. It’s bad enough that you have the cost to repair your v Tech writer are good. The dealership does not provide loaner vehicles so you must rent a car. It’s bad enough that you have the cost to repair your vehicle but now you have the expense of a rental car. You have no idea how long it is going to take to repair your car so you have to guess how long you need the rental car. In the end, my car was not repaired and I had a $300+ bill plus $300 for a car rental for three days! Was told to run premium gas and drive for 2-300 miles. If that doesn’t work bring it back! More
