We were able to get an appointment when it was convenient for us. The trouble we had was with the GM Protection plan. The technician found a leaking cooler line which essentially destroyed the transmission. for us. The trouble we had was with the GM Protection plan. The technician found a leaking cooler line which essentially destroyed the transmission. The tech recommended a replacement transmission but the warranty company said rebuild it. This lead to several additional failures after the rebuild of other trans components requiring additional warranty inspector visits and added to the time to fully repair. We were without the vehicle over three months. The dealership worked with us as best as they could and we had to leave town for a planned vacation. We will return home the end of June to pickup the vehicle. We are not happy with the warranty company but the dealership has been good to work with and Eric kept us informed on every issue. More

Kept my car for a week- had to rent one. Didn't fix it the first time after charging me $2500. They forgot to put in bearings and that was the problem .
