Dropped car off the night befor for regular maintenance the following morning. Received absolutely no communication from the team through the day notifying us the car was done. I have called several times the following morning. Received absolutely no communication from the team through the day notifying us the car was done. I have called several times in attempt to speak with a member of the team with no response or call back. I had to pick the car up using a spare key and still have been unable to get someone on the phone to schedule getting my key back since I can not be there during normal business hours without taking time off work.
