I had an appointment in they didn't fix the problem. My car sat there all day , when I had other affairs to do. Also I had to call Emily back just to hear they haven't touch my car at 430 in would I lea My car sat there all day , when I had other affairs to do. Nateko and Scott were fantastic, unfortunately my 2026 6. 2 Denali blew the motor I-95 during lunch rush hour and left me stranded I called Nateko and he told me to push the on star button and have it towed 2 Denali blew the motor I-95 during lunch rush hour and left me stranded I called Nateko and he told me to push the on star button and have it towed to Starling. I was very confused and disoriented but Nateko put me at ease and put me in a rental. A couple of days later I met Scott and he was very sympathetic and informative as I was looking for a vehicle as it was going to take about 2 months for the new motor I saw a Canyon that I liked and I purchased it because I was unsure about the Denali, Scott paid off the Denali and put me in the Canyon. I wasn't trying to be difficult but the Canyon is a much smaller vehicle. Scott said what he would do since the Denali would not be ready for 2 months he would give me the option to pay off the canyon and I would buy back the Denali. It was a very generous offer, I'm leaning towards the Denali because it is such a nice vehicle. Bottom line is Nateko, Scott, Steve and Ryan are all very professional and caring. More
