I believe the dealership has some issues to over come. I waited an hour before they took my truck back to do an oil change and that was with an appointment. Then the tech rotated my tires and to asked the I waited an hour before they took my truck back to do an oil change and that was with an appointment. Then the tech rotated my tires and to asked the service manager to have the tech to put my tires back because I just had them rotated. The service manager told me I should have told him.i told him back that he didnt tell me that the tire rotation was included. So I heard the tech cursing and raising xxxx about thru the door.. During oil change and service my brake reservoir cap was lost. I was called to pick up truck, but when I arrived they ticket could not be closed out, no person offered apologies or explanations for why I ha lost. I was called to pick up truck, but when I arrived they ticket could not be closed out, no person offered apologies or explanations for why I had to wait while several people attempted to force computer to close ticket, it was very suspicious. After u brought truck home I noticed the brake cap had not been replaced, sent wife to get it back, it could not be located , they said we will order it. So I’m expected to drive my truck around without a cap, not one person there appeared to care about the issue it caused me. I was also charged a surcharge for using a credit card, I own a business and do not pass this directly to my customers, as I know that you are charging more than enough for your services. Unacceptable . I’ll not be doing business there again More
