I took truck in for warranty work on the powertrain. The lifters were replaced and I picked my truck up. I was handed my keys with no one to explain what was completed. I had to then ask where my truck The lifters were replaced and I picked my truck up. I was handed my keys with no one to explain what was completed. I had to then ask where my truck was parked becusse the service man just sat there. He told me it was outside, just go out and hit your key fob and I should find it. After looking for 15 mins he came out and found my truck on the other side of the building. That weekend I drove my truck for approximately 40 miles when the engine made the same sound as before and several lights came on the dash including the check engine light. I had to take .my truck back in for service. It has now been two weeks since then. I've been told a gasket is on backorder. In my opinion when a lifter needs replaced the cams should be looked at as well. There is no mention of cams being looked at in my paperwork. I feel the service department has failed me from start to finish. I am unable to take my baot out and had to miss my fishing tournament. I am unable to take my camper out as I had planned. These delays have cost me my money. I am very dissatisfied and I highly doubt I will do buisness with Starling in the future. I had better service when. It was Ron Norris. More
