Mike Tolbert and Jermey made it so easy for me to find the car I really wanted. Exceptional experience regarding the honesty and efficiency of the entire interaction. Mike was never "salsey" - a compliment to him coming from someone with over a decade of sales experience. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because (1) the vehicle did not get detailed as it was supposed to be while we were finishing the deal, and (2) the gas tank was not full when I left. 4 stars is not an accurate description of my experience (although that option should be available)...more like 4.5. In all, it was still the best experience I've had with a car dealership. More
